My story
Hello everyone! My name is Septina Taylor, I am a licensed and certified Cosmetologist, the voice behind the echo, the intentional lifestyle blog echo2evolve in January 2026. I created this digital platform for individuals to feel safe in their voice and express it through beauty and advocacy through storytelling. creating something intentional and the ability to share my own stories. However, I knew in our current times we needed a space where people’s voices are being heard, including yours. All to say, Echo2Evolve was born to create an environment for people of resilience, bravery, and creativity. Where everyone is truly themselves!

Echo2Evolve is an intentional lifestyle blog that expresses different elements we need to fulfill a content and thoughtful life, while staying alert on issues that shape our world. Through sections that express advocacy, reflection, beauty, and community that are meant to expand your thoughts into deeper ones and better connect with others and yourself.
Echo2Evolve is not about softening the intensity out of personal or societal issues. Instead, it’s meant to face hard truths while holding space to imagine a better future and system. To give hope to ones who are rightfully losing their hope in community on a local and internet scale.
Earning experience in the beauty community, I realized that the imagery of the cosmetic world obtained was unrealistic, unfair, and at times very exclusive to a massive group of men and women. Yet my love for it has never died. My goal is to combine my knowledge on cosmetology and pursue it in a more untraditional manner and educate women on their health of beauty while still enjoying the fruits of being a woman and enjoying all of things’s beauty.
Here, I gather voices locally and globally to share their experiences as well as my own authentic stories to find our truest sanctuary.
