Why Echo2Evolve Exists?

Hello, my name is Septina! I am the founder of Echo2Evolve, a digital advocacy platform that showcases creativity and breathes authenticity through storytelling. It promotes unrepresented voices. At least, that’s the compact cookie-cutter description of the platform. Although that remains true, to me, this platform is so much more than that.

Echo2Evolve is a safe space where people of all nations can connect on a level at a time we need it, desperately. Growing up whether a child, teen, or an adult, that once felt quiet and empty and today’s times where hate feels more promoted and justified more than ever. Going through these stages the world has cultivated a common thread amongst humanity. Loss of connection, loss of empathy, and unfortunately the loss of care. We need those attributes back in our lives, in order to cultivate a system to keep us optimistic, driven, and warm with one another. I think most of us can agree we have seen enough of that on mainstream applications run by people who do run off of misinformation and relentless hatred as their career.

Echo2Evolve is not a platform for expressing freedom through incitement or antagonizing others with hate. Instead, it is a space to challenge ourselves appropriately. Here, we can become proactive and informed through the new knowledge we gain from one another. Personally, I’m fatigued with doomscrolling through apps filled with hateful comments. It’s exhausting to see strangers fighting over trivial matters, like whether “the girl in the photo” has good makeup or not. I often stumble upon posts that seem like accurate news, only to later discover they’re not factual at all. Sometimes, it’s just a 15-year-old sharing their thoughts or another AI-generated video of a donkey jumping on a trampoline.

Regardless, this experience feels empty, hollow, and draining. That’s why I want to create a space for individuals to express their raw experiences. We can share similar creative interests and uplift each other's talents. Let’s share nostalgic memories and pieces of home to connect with our community. Echo2Evolve is unique yet multifaced. Not only is Echo2evolve my blog, but it’s yours too! Yes! You can share your art and be praised and held with care. Whether it’s a poem you created in middle school or a journal entry written after experiencing grief, your voice matters.

You can connect with others around the globe, especially if you feel isolated in your world. Your story can completely change someone’s perspective. It’s all about enjoying your local and digital community and expressing yourself to the fullest extent. So, the reason why Echo2evolve exists, is to become something than me but more impactful for the community as whole.

After everything, I created Echo2Evolve not just for my enjoyment but for the people! Let’s be honest here: I was born into a techno world. Am I going to put my phone down, ever? Probably not! But that doesn’t mean I don’t still want to create meaningful and authentic conversations with people around the world. I want to find what truly grounds me.

Echo2Evolve exists to create a mindset that is safe from within. It gives you the ability to advocate for yourself and others. I believe we all deserve that.
