I.C.E is Terrorizing our Communities: We Must Get Angry

Hello Echo Voices,
There've been multiple stories and incidents surrounding the organization ICE. However, what do I.C.E really stand for? Don't worry, I have the correct definition I've come to understand.
Institutionally
Confused
Enforcement
Just a bunch of regular yet hateful individuals who have zero to no proper training to parade the streets of your community to harass and murder innocent lives. In fact, I'll give you a better definition. Let's start by calling these organizations that use their incompetence and metal weapons for evil and the illusion of power, domestic terrorizers. Their truest form.
At this point, the political state of the country should be completely clear on what ICE and the government are really trying to accomplish, no grey areas. I no longer accept the response to murder, children being detained, and women being sexually abused as a “multi-layer issue” that can be protected or debated with religion and politics. It's not going to work. I'm not debating humanity and how humans should be treated on a basic level, period. To bring into light, this is beyond politics or religion, which in itself is becoming the issue. We are in a state in this country where we are quite literally watching politicians use their values and beliefs as puppets and, unfortunately, a lot of people are attending the puppet shows they are putting on, sold-out shows. I no longer accept watching evilness portray itself to share the same values as us to seem as our savior. It's gross and odd.
Over this week, Liam Ramos, a five-year-old boy, was detained by the U.S. domestic terrorizing group ICE, claiming they had no other choice but to take him. Yet don't we find it odd enough that they feel the need to detain a child? Simply because they don't believe he or his parents were born on U.S. soil.
I ask again, do we not understand how inhuman that is?
Liam was a preschooler, at the age of five. His innocence has now been chipped away slowly by the hands of ICE.
We must get angrier and fight against this hate.
We need to stand up and vote for the ones who can't.
We need to do it for our Mexican brothers and sisters who live near southern borders and cared for this country, yet they are only meant with chaos and hate.
We need to do this with our foreign teachers, who have shown us the real definition of guidance, giving us a balance of education and care.
We need to do it for our family members who migrated to this country for us to have a new start to life with safety and the pursuit of happiness. I know my parents didn't leave their home country, so their children could face the evil nuances of America, so let's protect their dreams.
Let's protect our ancestors' fight.
Let’s protect our future and the future of the children that are here.
Get disgusted, get furious, then buckle up and fight. It's a must if we want to see real change. Activism can come in many forms, voting for midterms, journalism, talking within your community, donating, protesting, calling your local councils, spreading the message across social media, and many more ways!
I’m not saying it's not going to get ugly because, trust me, we’re going to see some very angry terrorists. However, I prefer standing up for humanity and speaking up rather than sitting amongst the crowd of evil. There are only two sides to this issue. It's your job to choose what side you're on.
Thank you for reading this post! Blogs like this are the reason I created Echo2Evolve to stay on top of what's going on around us and reach out to my digital community. Let me know how you express your activism, and what's your hope for humanity right now? See you in the next post.
